About me
I'm a multidisciplinary product designer with 16 years of experience in designing complex digital products. I've been working with enterprises and governments to design product experiences used by millions of people, and has generated +$1.40 billion in revenues from some of the projects. I live by the philosophy of design being never done as design evolves continuously with the advent of new technologies, so does the problem solving is a continuous effort.
Currently I'm a Product Design Lead for Sharjah Digital Government where I not only design intuitive and innovative products across the full product lifecycle but also in charge of managing the design team’s workload, recruiting, mentoring and retaining designers internally and externally.
I approach design with a strategic and data-informed mindset focusing on user-centered problems and designing interactive solutions. My specialties are Enterprise, B2B, Product Design, Mobile Design, Sustainability, Interaction Design, Design Systems, Usability, Information Architecture, Customer / User Research, Agile Methodologies, Web Services, Project / Design Management.
